Très belle expérience service hors pair. Je veux en profiter pour remercier la demoiselle au comptoir des pièces et son technicien qui est venu me donner les bonnes directives afin de changer mon convecteur moi-même. Il m’a même écrit les bonnes directives sur papier. Grâce à ses bonnes directives le tout c’est super bien passé. Sans ses directives j’aurais sûrement tout fait sauter car j’étais certain que le fil noir était le négatif et dans le système 12 volt c’est le contraire le noir devient positif et blanc négatif 🤷🏻‍♂️ J’ai compris pourquoi au comptoir de la caisse les dizaines de méritas au meilleur commerçant de l’année 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

En mai dernier, nous avons acheté une roulotte Jayco Jay Flight de 40 pieds. Notre vendeur, Gino Tremblay, nous a donné un service hors pair. Très à l'écoute de nos besoins, compréhensif et rassurant et surtout de bons conseils. Il vous donne l'heure juste. Vous ne trouverez pas meilleur service à la clientèle; il en fait une priorité. Même après la prise de possession, il a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous supporter avec de petits pépins. Nous vous le recommandons chaudement. Nous avons exactement les mêmes commentaires à formuler envers Patrick au département du Service. Nous avions des problèmes avec notre chauffe-eau sur demande et quelques inquiétudes de fonctionnement avec la roulotte. Il a pris du temps avec nous pour bien nous expliquer et nous donner de bon trucs, et ce, après notre prise de possession. Une autre personne pour qui le service à la clientèle est très important.
