Roulottes Desjardins provides this notice in accordance with section 39 of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act regarding the guarantee of availability of replacement parts and repair services, as well as the information necessary for maintenance and repair. Due to the numerous components involved in the manufacture of each product, it is impossible for Roulottes Desjardins to guarantee the availability of the items specified in section 39.2 of the CPA. However, Roulottes Desjardins remains fully committed to honoring the limited warranty of the manufacturer of the product it sells, as described in the manufacturer's manual.
